The newsletter is free and always will be. PRO is a subscription you can cancel in one click. What follows is the long form of that.
These terms cover the AI, But Simple newsletter, this website, and PRO, the members-only dashboard. Using any of them means you accept what is written here. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
The newsletter is free. Subscribe with any address you control, and unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any issue whenever you like. We aim to publish weekly, and generally do, but an issue can slip.
PRO is a paid subscription that unlocks the members-only dashboard: the interview, paper, code, job, and pulse trackers, roadmaps, the code vault, interactive articles, and ad-free issues.
An account belongs to one person. Keep the password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. Sharing a login, scraping the trackers, or reselling what is behind the paywall ends the membership without a refund. Reading it, quoting it, and learning from it does not.
Everything we publish is written to teach. It is not professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of a job, an interview result, or a working system. The trackers aggregate public sources: papers, repositories, job boards, and company pages. We work to keep the figures honest and attributed, but we do not warrant that any third-party number is complete or current.
The writing, the illustrations, and the software are ours. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back. You may not republish an issue in full, or use the material to train a model for redistribution, without written permission. Anything you send us, a correction or a question or a suggestion, we may use to improve the product, and we will not attach your name to it without asking.
PRO runs on real servers and will occasionally be down. We do not offer an uptime guarantee at this price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. If these terms change materially, the date above changes and members are notified before it takes effect. Questions about any of this: get in touch.
